You’ll learn magic Mobile Body Alignment points that help you move without pain or injury, get your heart rate going, and make you feel more stable and confident in your body.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict free movement at the joints, especially the hip joints.
Clare Maxwell was a professional dancer and choreographer, performing and teaching internationally and across the U.S. for 40 years. She now teaches somanauts from all walks of life how to move joyfully and without pain to maintain health, agility, and emotional well-being. She has created two forms of movement education, Mobile Body Alignment for mobility, and Cranial Nerve Sequencing for stress relief.
Clare is nationally certified as a teacher by The American Society for the Alexander Technique and The International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association. She completed her training at The American Center for the Alexander Technique in New York City and trained with renowned Alexander teacher Jessica Wolf in The Art of Breathing.
