Let’s Talk Vegetables is a monthly online presentation from GROW NYC that introduces vegetables (and sometimes herbs and fruits, too) in a fun, interactive way.

Each presentation includes background about the month’s featured vegetable(s), where it originated, how it got to our plates, nutritional information, and some fun facts.

Presentations also explore where and how it grows in our region, how to store it, and a little about other seasonal agricultural products in our area.
