Christine Cauwels is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in three states. She earned her Master of Education in Counseling from Western Illinois University. Christine has over 19 years of experience in the mental health field and has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. She believes that each person should be treated with respect and unconditional positive regard, and that the therapeutic relationship is crucial to helping clients achieve meaningful change.

Christine is passionate about helping others achieve their goals to become the best version of themselves in order to succeed in their lives and relationships. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and making crafts.
