During this virtual interactive session, you will increase your understanding of dementia and think about the small things that you can do to make a difference for people affected by dementia in your community. It covers the five key messages everyone should know about dementia through activities and discussion.

The goal of the Dementia Friends Information Session is to help community members understand dementia and learn what it is like to live with Dementia. Attendees will get the opportunity to register as a Dementia Friend at the end of the session. A DFNY Handbook will be emailed to all registrants.
