Selenie Villar holds a Master of Public Health degree from Monroe College with several years’ experience working with older adults as a Center Director and Education Director. In these positions she had the opportunity to enhance programming, partner with nonprofit organizations throughout NYC and develop new initiatives. Educating residents of underserved communities in financial literacy, digital capacity and providing them with essential resources has been her focus. Throughout her career she has helped countless New Yorkers in need connect to food and housing assistance and unify families and caregivers.
