Myesha Pugh, MBA, SHRM serves in the pivotal role of Senior Director of People Operations at PSS, where she oversees and shapes the organization’s human resources strategies. Myesha brings over a decade of experience as a Human Resources and People Strategist and has consistently driven organizational excellence through her strategic approach to HR operations and talent management. Myesha earned her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and went on to complete her MBA at Franklin University.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Myesha has dedicated her skills and talents in the Human Service industry to serving those who are in underserved communities. She has spearheaded initiatives for several organizations and has volunteered for agencies such as Jewish Family Services and the Boys and Girls Club, leveraging her leadership prowess to effect positive change. Both her professional and personal life are characterized by a passion for fostering growth, development, inclusivity, and a relentless drive to make a lasting impact on individuals and organizations alike.
