Barbara Hernandez has over ten years of experience in nonprofit fiscal management. As the Senior Director of Finance, Barbara has overseen all of PSS’s financial operations since 2014. Throughout her career, Barbara has ensured the financial health of the organizations she has worked for, and she now proudly carries out the responsibility for effectively using government, private and public funds towards achieving PSS’s vital mission. During periods of significant organizational growth, she successfully incorporated new funding streams to accommodate the expansion of quality services and programming for all of PSS clients. In addition, her expertise in managing government contracts has results in successful annual audits, solid adherence to regulations, and the development of a strong financial department. Barbara holds a Master’s Degree in Economics with a specialization in Banking and Insurance, Taxes, and Project Management from the University of Information, Technology and Management, CITY, Poland.
