Writer, editor and podcaster Richard Eisenberg was at the forefront of aging in America for more than a decade and steps down on Jan. 4 from his full-time role as managing editor of PBS Next Avenue. Who better to ask about how to plan for retirement? Richard will share just how he did it and what he plans to do to stay engaged and relevant in his next act.

We’ll also look at the 5 trends that shaped the latest crop of Next Avenue Aging Influencers. Richard will be joined by Guadalupe “Lupe” Hirt and Barbara Brooks, founders of SecondAct Women. They represent the trend of people 50+ looking for new work and purpose by helping older women start businesses and launch second careers.
