For over a decade, Elvis Santana has helped the neediest and most vulnerable through civic engagement, community organizing, and more. As a Bronx native and a descendant from the Dominican Republic, Santana has witnessed firsthand the transformation of community and growth. Today, he is a member of the Verizon Local Engagement team that provides everyone, more importantly older adults, the skills to avoid internet scams, and ways to protect themselves from cybercrime.
